Wendy’s primary responsibility at Clarence Recruitment is overseeing the delivery of all recruitment services within the education sector. This includes both strategic partnerships and operational delivery of all recruitment services to our partners, schools, colleges, educational trusts, and county councils. Wendy’s extensive experience in recruitment and delivery spans over two decades in both UK agency and outsourcer environments. This experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, allowing her to effectively manage and optimise recruitment solutions tailored to the client’s needs. Wendy drives exceptional outcomes, underscoring her commitment to providing high-quality recruitment services across the rapidly evolving education sector.

Alan leads our education recruitment division and has a rich and varied background in teaching, having worked as a qualified teacher (QTS) in Birmingham schools for over a decade. Alan delivers an exceptional service to both our clients and educators at Clarence Recruitment, his reputation in the market is unrivalled! Alan prides himself on having long lasting working relationships; he places teachers, support staff and SLT in both temporary, interim, and permanent contracts year on year. His day starts very early and finishes late.  This is all in good faith that our committed team have delivered an outstanding service, to both our educational settings and immensely hard-working candidates.
